1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the warehouse team to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
