1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
