1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive wages starting at $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule).

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, good communication skills, basic arithmetic, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical movement throughout the warehouse.
