Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate handling of merchandise for delivery to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory management and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to management for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
