1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week, starting at up to $22.75 per hour. You will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
