We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Assist in taking warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
