1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of products to our stores. As a warehouse package handler, you will be responsible for selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and ensuring product quality and safety. This role requires physical ability to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt to change, and follow instructions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
