Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely according to guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficient organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, bending, reaching, standing, and walking throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
