We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with peers and leadership to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
