1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. The position offers competitive wages starting from up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay) with 30-35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and suggest improvements.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Adapts positively to challenges and changes.
• Delivers excellent performance and drives for success.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating industrial equipment.
• Standing, bending, reaching, and walking in varying temperatures.
