1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This full-time role offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, with various schedule options available.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperature environments.
