1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for various duties including receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
