1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving stock, merchandise relocation, order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality, follow safety guidelines, and report issues to management.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently, following company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
