Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations by efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and achieve goals under delegated responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
