1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, resilient, and success-driven behaviors.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating industrial equipment.
