1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a critical part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently stocking and organizing merchandise to fulfill store orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute suggestions for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, perform various warehouse tasks, and operate equipment.
