1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to adhere to ALDI Acts competencies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
