1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently processing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. This position requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any quality or safety issues.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks, following company policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of physically moving and lifting up to 45 pounds of product.
