1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift. Various schedules are available, including Schedule D and Schedule B.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in the warehouse as per guidelines.
• Strategically load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality, report safety concerns, and follow company procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Engage in various physical activities in different temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
