Job Description

Aldi is seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join their team. The role offers competitive wages starting from $18.50 - $24.50 per hour based on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker at Aldi, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. The position also involves maintaining warehouse cleanliness, performing inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• 18 years old or above.
• Ability to lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
