1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI, offering highly competitive wages and benefits. As a key part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming stock and fulfill store orders effectively.
• Organize merchandise strategically for shipments and unloading.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
