1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI, a dynamic and growing company. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards. Your contributions will directly impact our operational success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and assist in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability, teamwork, and adherence to company policies.
