1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Currently hiring for:

• Schedule D
• Schedule B

Schedules Available:

• Schedule A1 - Wednesday to Sunday
• Schedule A2 - Friday to Tuesday
• Schedule B - Rotating shifts on weekends
• Schedule C - Every other weekend
• Schedule D - Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
