Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Starting Wage: Up to $18.00-$22.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

• Schedule B

Schedules:

Schedule A1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
Schedule A2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
Schedule B: Requires working both Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks. Three-week rotating schedule.
Schedule C: Requires working both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. Four-week rotating schedule.
Schedule D: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with Saturday and Sunday off each week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sorts, loads, and unloads merchandise.
• Cleans warehouse, performs inventory counts, cooperates with peers, and provides input for process improvement.
• Inspects product quality and assists in achieving budget goals.
• Follows safety guidelines and procedures.
• Notifies management of issues and performs other assigned tasks.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Acts Conscientiously, Collaborates and Cooperates with Team, Demonstrates Positive Attitude and Resilience, Drives for Success, Organizes and Executes with Efficiency.
• Interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, work independently and in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold.
