1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. The position offers 30-35 hours per week, starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, and different schedule options to fit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve processes.
• Conduct inventory counts and provide feedback for product quality.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies consistently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
