1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with 30-35 hours per week, starting at up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. This position requires attention to detail, collaboration with team members, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and report product quality and safety concerns.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow ergonomic and safety procedures.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
