1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality products every time they shop at Aldi. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, and we provide thorough training and safety programs to equip our associates with the skills for success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Support warehouse management in achieving goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
