1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the selection, storage, and distribution of products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive excellent service. This part-time position offers an average of less than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with warehouse team.
• Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds frequently.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
