1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, moving merchandise throughout the warehouse, and preparing shipments. You will be responsible for maintaining warehouse cleanliness, cooperating with team members, and contributing ideas for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process enhancement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Help achieve budgeted goals and follow company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
