1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the warehouse operations team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
