Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance standards through cleaning duties.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality, identify safety concerns, and provide input for process improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating powered industrial equipment.
