1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and actively participating in inventory processes. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety concerns.
• Act independently within the delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
