1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Are you ready to join the dynamic team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker? Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base. As a part-time position with fewer than 30 hours per week, you will be working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Our comprehensive training and safety program will equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes and achieve goals.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 45 pounds and moving merchandise.
• Performing various physical tasks in warehouse environments.
• Operating powered industrial equipment safely.
