1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Our warehouse environment offers a mix of tasks in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, providing a dynamic work setting for our dedicated team members.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide insights to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Adaptable to challenges and maintains a positive attitude.
• Drives for success and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
