1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. Working in our warehouses, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers an hourly starting wage of $23.75, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipping and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.
• Report quality, safety, and sanitation issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
