1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive high-quality goods efficiently.

Position Type:

Part-Time

Average Hours:

Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any quality or safety concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate equipment safely and according to procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and teamwork.

• Maintain organization and efficiency in tasks.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and perform various physical tasks.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
