1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to collaborate with the team, and committed to achieving warehouse goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Ability to adapt to challenges and work collaboratively.
• Driven to achieve excellent performance and efficiency.
• Capable of organizing tasks efficiently and following company standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
