Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with warehouse leadership. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
