Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and maintain product quality standards.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
