Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at ALDI. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and support warehouse goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize tasks efficiently and adhere to company standards.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environment.
