1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for selecting, receiving, and organizing incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders. You will also play a key role in maintaining warehouse appearance standards, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
