1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Shifts:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and stock merchandise efficiently
• Relocate and organize merchandise
• Load and unload shipments
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety
• Participate in inventory counts
• Collaborate with team members and provide input for process improvements
• Ensure product quality and safety standards

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Acts conscientiously, collaborates, demonstrates positive attitude, drives for success, and organizes efficiently
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds
• Move and prepare merchandise
• Engage in physical warehouse tasks
• Work in varying temperatures
• Operate industrial equipment safely
