1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing and organizing merchandise within the warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment for our stores. This is a full-time position with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift differentials.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Inspect product quality and assist in process improvement.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
