1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring efficiency, and operational excellence in our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment preparation.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to collaborate and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
