1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description:

We are currently seeking Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stockers to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling store orders by selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in a strategic manner. You will also be involved in maintaining warehouse appearance standards, inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Execute all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapts positively to challenges and change.
• Drives for success and efficiency.
• Has excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
