1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. As a Full-Time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift differentials. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Offer insights to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
