1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. You will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The role requires you to work collaboratively with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure a smooth operation and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Prepare shipments and unload incoming stock.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
