Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker
Company: Aldi
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $22.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift: 1st Shift - 8:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise in the warehouse.
• Sorts, organizes, loads, and unloads merchandise.
• Cleans the warehouse and maintains safety standards.
• Participates in inventory counts.
• Cooperates with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provides input to improve processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior, collaborates with the team, shows positive attitude, drives for success, and organizes efficiently.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, basic arithmetic abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, standing, bending, etc.
