1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing stock efficiently, ensuring accurate store orders, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse cleaning and inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and leadership for process improvement.
• Inspect and report product quality and safety concerns.
• Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, driving for success, efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
