1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. The role involves receiving and stocking merchandise efficiently, organizing inventory, collaborating with team members, and maintaining warehouse standards. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a key role in ensuring products are prepared for shipment and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
